Macros for Healthy Weight Ep61

Calories for Healthy Weight

Essential Oils for Meditation!

We know from science that essential oils hit the brain and limbic system almost instantly. Oils can have an effect on breathing, heart rate, stress levels, and emotions. Oils can enhance the feeling of calm and relaxation. There are a number of oils that can enhance your meditation experiment and important to remember that oils affect different people in different ways. Day 10 Meditation Experiment

According to the field of neuroplasticity you can rewire your brain. The more clear you can get your mind means the better able you to deal with thoughts and emotions that arise.
