    Live life for you. That may come across as selfish but I think in order to be the best version of yourself possible, you need to do what is right for you and only you can determine what that is. This goes back to mindset and self awareness. Figure yourself out. It’s ok to really care what your spouse or parents or friends think about you or what you are doing. But you also need to figure out how to not care what they think cuz you know you are doing the right thing. And the right thing is always right!

    There is much debate over where you should get your nutrition for optimal health... real food or vitamin/mineral supplements. Obviously if you can find quality truly organic food grown in soil that has never been sprayed with pesticides or herbicides and it is grown from best quality non-gmo seeds and irrigated with pure water where the air is clean... I think you get the point. Not to many of use live in that world. So in my opinion, do the best you can with quality fresh food and supplement what you need to based on your lifestyle and genetics.

    Exercise reduces risk of diabetes, heart disease, depression & many cancers... so why don’t we do it more? People hate exercise and I think it is because so many of use just haven’t found something we enjoy. I love playing sports and competing but just hate exercising just cuz it’s good for me. Then I connected my exercise with something I enjoy or a reward. Now I love walking and hiking. I put on my favourite podcast and I the hours fly by! There really are so many health benefits and studies show exercise helps you live longer and healthier. So get going!

    Essential oil‘s have the power to help almost anything in your body work better! I know that’s quite a statement but when you start to look at the research you will be amazed. Essential oil‘s are one of the most ancient forms of healing. There are writings of healing with essential oils in the Egyptian times, of course in the Bible, and all over history. Oils have a resonating frequency just like everything in the universe including the organs in your body. So oils can be matched to organ systems, they can be matched to mood and emotions, and of course they can be used for pain. The applications are almost limitless. A critical factor with essential oils is purity and there are a lot of poor quality or counterfeit oils out there that say they are pure but they really are not. Unfortunately there are laws that protect manufactures of oils with so-called trade secrets where they can add chemicals and toxins to the oils and they’re not required to put them on the label
