Exercise reduces risk of diabetes, heart disease, depression & many cancers... so why don’t we do it more? People hate exercise and I think it is because so many of use just haven’t found something we enjoy. I love playing sports and competing but just hate exercising just cuz it’s good for me. Then I connected my exercise with something I enjoy or a reward. Now I love walking and hiking. I put on my favourite podcast and I the hours fly by! There really are so many health benefits and studies show exercise helps you live longer and healthier. So get going!
