Episode 59 is essential oils that enhance your meditation experiment! Along with 10 sessions of meditation I used a number of essential oils that I had no experience with. We know from science that essential oils hit the brain and limbic system almost instantly. Oils can have an effect on breathing, heart rate, stress levels, and emotions. Oils can enhance the feeling of calm and relaxation. There are a number of oils that can enhance your meditation experiment and important to remember that oils affect different people in different ways.
