Day 6 of DrJeffs meditation experiment is episode 54 of One Minute Health Hacks. The purpose of Day 6 was actually to achieve nothing. Well kinda! It was about recognizing effort and in meditation too much effort or trying too hard is not the desired result. An example is when you try so hard to fall asleep but it seems the harder you try the worse it gets. So the sometimes the more you try to not have thoughts during meditation the worse it gets.
