Episode 61 of One Minute Health Hacks deals with Macros as a means of maintaining healthy weight. Macros is short for macronutrients which are the three food categories. A starting point is 40% carbs, 30% protein, 30% fat all measured in grams per day. There are macro calculators available online. These ratios will vary according to weight goals and are affected by age, activity, metabolism, and activity levels. Check out this short episode for more details.
