Episode 56 is Day 8 of my meditation experiment. This session is about the judging mind. How often in a day do you judge how someone is driving or what someone is wearing and it turns into this big emotional waste of mental energy. The skill to practice is to recognize and acknowledge when you are judging and then move on by refocusing with breathing or something positive.
