    Shoulder Stand typically transitions into Plow and Plow can transition into Fish Pose! I will be breaking those down super soon! This pose is Intermediate and should not be practiced for the first time without the guidance of a live yoga teacher.     Although Butterfly Pose & Bound Angle Pose are not technically the same, they can be used interchangeably. But the differences are subtle yet defined. Bound Angle Pose is also sometimes called “Cobbler’s Pose,” after the way cobblers in India sit on the ground to work on footwear.     As a beginner, you may have noticed a standard standing sequence at the beginning of class. Typically, classes have some variation of one of the most popular yoga sequences called Surya Namaskara or Sun Salutations. There are 3 set sequences, A,B,C.
