Someday Never Comes

Welcome back to a small dose of SNC. Its been almost two years since our last podcast. This was recorded on Nov. 17th 2016, the weekend before Max's 34th birthday. Of course there were some technical difficulties (classic SNC) so the sound isn't 100% in some parts. On this episode the two gents catch up with Max's love life, or lack there of. This episode was recorded on Dec 27th, the eve of TK's 33rd birthday. On this episode the boys discuss how they spent their Chirstmas. Max recieves a special gift from his father, Tk's talks hopes and goals for the upcoming year. And Max experiences a late night celebirty sighting. Music: Frank Black, Tne Clash, Young Prisms 

This week the boys discuss Bruce Springsteen, the Ferguson and Eric Garner protests, and a job offering gives Max a rude awakening. Music: The Showcase Showdown, Pavement.

On this episode Tk & Max welcome back James Reedy into the room to discuss his horrific bike related injury. Max gets something that both Tk & James envy. Max encounters an old friend from episodes past. Music: The Thermals, Parquet Courts, Super Furry Animals.  

The boys finally make their way back into the room after summer break. On this episode the boys catch up with world affairs, Max heads down south for Gwar, and Tk takes a spin class then makes a promise to the podcast that he'll probably not be able to keep. Music: Modest Mouse, NOFX, Karen O. 

On this episode Tk talks about an old roommate and her replacement. The boys discuss an accident that occured to he who shant be named. Max informs us about a family matter. And Tk wonders why he can't move on. Music: Sebadoh, Pixies, Dads. 

We are back. On this episode Max talks going to Myrtle Beach. Tk has an adventurous night with a table. Max makes a change in his life and Tk talks about his set recent at a cancer benefit. Music: The National, Fear, Tobin Sprout

This week the boys play a game, "Where in the world would Tk travel." Tk pulls an all nighter. And the boys discuss their levels of procrastination, as well as, the mixed bag of emotions that goes along with being a creative type. Music: Daniel Johnston, M. Ward (Covering Daniel Johnston.) 

This week Max refuses to get in the Easter spirit. The boys talk about on-line dating, while Max believes Tk needs more confidence. Max recounts a dream he had. Music: The Specials, Blur, The Walkmen

Depression weighs heavy in the room this week. Tk does his first comedy show then doesn't leave his bed for a week. Max reluncently works a catering event. The boys also discuss financial woes, the Lower East Side, espom salt baths, and a well dressed man with a low class accessorary. Music: Pity Sex, Jawbreaker, Archers of Loaf.

The boys welcome back guest Bill G into the room. This week's episode Tk discovers that he and Bill share a sad common denominator. The boys discuss the horror that is ikea. Max shaves. The boys turn 40. This week Max takes a bus up to Toronto, TK talks about the movie Her and its profound affects, and finally the boys discuss a woman given an opportunity that might put a damper on her relationship. Music: Arlo Cuthrie, The Velvet Underground, Radiator Hospital. 

This week everything is coming up Tk, Max easedrops on a subway conversation, the boys discuss their ability to waste time, and Max adventures out to the supermarket. Music: Waxahatchee, Pretty Girls Make Graves, Jay Retard. 

It's SNC's Valentine's Day episode!!! This week TK gets stood up on Valentine's Day. Max goes to Chiptole. The boys discuss a different kind flavor profile ,as well as, which city best suits a serial killer. Music: Fiona Apple, The Magnetic Fields, Charles Bradley 

Recorded in December a week or so before X-mas, Tk & Max welcomed guest Charlie Winhoffer into the room. Charlie tells a tale about working at a Jewish day camp. The boys complain about NY. Max yells at Tk for being Tk. The boys also discuss SantaCon and Tk's sexually hang ups. Music: The Dead Milkmen, Wipers, Japandriods
