Vested in the construction industry for several  decades, Mrs. Keith finds a unique kinship and compatibility with the women of the National Association of Black Women in Construction.   (NABWIC). This show was such an amazing and incredible one in light of the recent Industry Day in South Florida.  So this week we are bringing back an interview with Quadeera "The Power" Teart.  It's a Talk worth repeating. The Power" Teart is an advocate of entrepreneurship among youth; investing much of her time in the development of student entrepreneurs.
