Miami-Dade Water and Sewer Department to participate in the National Association of Black Women in Construction Careers Workshop  MIAMI (June 20, 2016) —  The Miami-Dade Water and Sewer Department (WASD) will participate in the National Association of Black Women in Construction’s (NABWIC) Water and Sewer Utilities Careers Workshop at 8 a.m. on Tuesday, June 21, 2016, at the 94th Aero Squadron Restaurant. The purpose of the Water and Sewer Utilities Careers Workshop is to develop a pipeline for young adults who are interested in careers within the water and sewer industry, including operations, management, construction and engineering.
