On The Mountain Of God: On Holy Ground
18/08/2019 Duração: 42minReverence is the proper response of worship before a Holy God. In A. W. Tozer’s classic work, Knowledge of the Holy, he writes, “Left to ourselves we tend to immediately to reduce God to manageable terms. We want to get Him where we can use Him, or at least know where He is when we need Him. We want a God we can in some measure control.” The American Church has lost its way because it has lost its high view of God. It is by grace that we tread on holy ground. We have reduced the Wholely Other One having access to the One who dwells in unapproachable light to a flippancy of “Jesus is my homeboy.”
