#54 How To Control Every Aspect Of Your Life
03/10/2017 Duração: 10min(00:14-00:21) Taking Responsibility vs. Boundaries (00:27-00:46) Coming from Cause is a principle that allows you to maintain control of your life by knowing that everything's your fault the good, the bad, the everything in between. Its taking full responsibility for everything that happens in your life. To its essential if you wanna be successful everything has to be your fault. (02:05-02:30) The reason that I had the topic today of responsibility vs boundaries is because there's a time to take responsibility and a time to enforce boundaries. If you take full responsibility sometimes that principle can mean that you sacrificing boundaries. (04:57-05:26) Take responsibility but don't beat yourself up over it. It's your fault so fix it. But as the same token that it's your fault for the things that goes wrong it's also your fault for the things that goes right. So if you create results you need to take full responsibility for those results as well, that was all you. That creates an element of self-worth and

#53 Entrepreneur Or Athlete
03/10/2017 Duração: 10min(00:20-00:15) Contrasting world class athletes with business owners. (02:08-02:54) I work with a lot of personal trainers, people who are physically fit, very disciplined and then it comes to business and they suck. So why? What's the difference? Why can some people give their absolute last breath to try to make it at something and still not succeed, then in business struggle so hard and not give pretty much everything. There are 2 main reasons: theres money involved in business. So what happens when there is money involved is where dealing with insecurities that have been with us, unfortunately since the very young age...We consistently preach the message that money is difficult... (05:44-05:58) The other main thing, is when it comes to business there's less competition and in sport there's competition. (06:12-06:50) If you want to be successful in business, If you change your paradigm from I'm a business owner to I am an athlete of business. It will change the whole damn game for you, and that's the goal

#52 Without Funding How To Get Your Idea Off the Ground
03/10/2017 Duração: 06min(00:10-00:15) The question is when you do not have the funding how do you get your idea off the ground? (00:30-01:05) But the reality is, most of the time that lack of funding is used as a tool for procrastination due to the fear of actually getting started with their own business. Because there can be 2 situations you gonna be in: 1.) You are in a business where you don't need money to get started, like mine. When I started I used $30 to pay for a venue to run a seminar from, then I got clients through there, I got most of my clients through manual sources which took time. I didn't need to use money to be able to get clients essentially. (01:29-01:50) You should always launch what I call an MVP. The minimum viable product, what that means is creating this simplest possible version of what it is you are looking to launch first to get some traction some runs on the board and to stop the slowing of progress in waiting for investment. (02:42-03:30) Another great one is pre-sales, and that's what kick

#51 What To Do With All Your Motivation
03/10/2017 Duração: 11min(00:20-00:44) I'm talking about a topic that is the opposite of the last episode, the question is how to start when all you have is motivation. (01:37-01:50) Whenever you're starting in a business, to have a good idea you need to 2 main aspects. you need to be passionate about what you doing, and you need to have profitability. (02:51-03:02) Choose an industry first and pick one that you're passionate about. The 2nd aspect is you need to choose a business model that's profitable. (03:49-04:02) To have a profitable business you simply need to be targeting or having a business type that has a demand for the products or services. So what you're really looking for is demand. (06:40-00:22) I say go for where the demand is because that means you know its profitable and that what create a profitable business, demand. (07:24-07:45) Within this demand what's the point of difference that I can start with or pride myself on, a competitive advantage or unique value proposition, unique selling proposition. What is yo

#50 Secret To Motivation
03/10/2017 Duração: 11min(00:10-00:22) I'll be talking to you weapons about what my biggest secret to motivation is. (00:28-00:42) I've been experimenting with a lot lately to keep my motivation levels high because what happens is the more successful you become the more comfortable you become. And when you become too comfortable there's no reason to wanna change your situation unless you created some stimuli to do it. (00:58-01:53) The one that I've been using the most lately, it comes down to what I call immersion. Total and utter immersion. 2 main things: Immersion in environmental stimuli and consumption based materials like auditory, visual materials, audiobooks your ability to choose whether you're gonna listen to shitty music or you're gonna listen to audio books, podcast, motivational audio... Immersion in motivational materials, because most people operate under the illusion that motivation is something that you should be gifted with. (03:06-03:10) There's always a reason why somebody is motivated, it never comes from no

#49 Why I Have Cold Showers
25/09/2017 Duração: 08min(0:06-0:20)Going to talk about something that's been a huge part of my life for about 2 years now and that is "cold showers". I want to cover a few things why would you do them, why I do them and why I suggest you do them. (03:00-03:10) Went to the beach in the morning would do cold therapy; we did an ice bath which is pretty crazy, doing all this cold therapy. (03:17-03:28) 3- 5 min cold showers twice a day and has made a huge difference in my energy levels, it's made a huge difference to the way that I feel and it's been a good discipline factor. (03:33-04:00) Why I do cold showers. First and foremost is for discipline reasons. Now think about it as this way, if you can get up every single morning and start the day by tackling something that scares you that most people aren't willing to do. It puts us on a mindset, it puts us of thought process into your mind, it gives you that feeling of achievement, feeling of will power, that feeling of knowing that symbolically now you can tackle anyth

#48 Walking On Fire At a Tony Robbin's Event
25/09/2017 Duração: 15min(0:10-0:27) Just got to experience "UPW - unleash your power within" Tony Robbins event. In this episode I'm gonna be discussing my biggest take aways from being there. The take away is gonna be content base. (0:40-01:01) This was the 3rd time that I've been to "unleash your power within" and what I've find is that, to know and to not do is to not know and a lot of people feel like they get the knowledge of something based on the fact that they've read it or experience it once but unless they have applied it because real knowledge is applied learning. (2:10-03:28) In the last episode of the pain and gain podcast I spoke about Demartini and going through the "break through experience" so it's a really interesting contrast having to spend the week in before at the "break through experience" and the going on to "unleash your power within" the week after. (5:50-06:10) One thing that Tony and Demartini talks about, are values and beliefs. This is gonna be a discussion kind of an elaborating episode where I'm

#47 I Share My Biggest Takeaways From The Dr John Demartini Breakthrough
25/09/2017 Duração: 16min(00:10-00:24) I just come back from a week in Sidney where I attended 2 epic events, The John Demartini event called "The Break Through Experience" and I also went to "Unleash Your Power Within" with Tony Robbins. (00:35-00:43) You've probably seen the interview I've done with Demartini I've obviously interviewed him and gone through what he teaches, If you haven't seen it you go check that out first before you listen to this. (01:32-01:41) So every time I go to a new event, how does it fit into what I believe? I don't just adopt all the beliefs. (02:01-02:20) He talks about this idea of neutralization and that is the fact that every single human being has an equal amount of positive and negative traits no matter who they are, no one is above or below anyone else, everyone always has all positive and all negative traits. (03:32-04:01) Now what Demartini essentially speaks about in this whole concept of neutralization is that because everyone has positive and negative traits the only way to go from what he

#46 Lift Your Standards And Your Results Will 10x
25/09/2017 Duração: 06min(00:14-00:42) Small change makes a massive difference (00:43-01:02) A lot of the time we go to days and we go through the motion and we are naturally motivated to pursue the path of least resistance. (01:25-02:02) We've got a habit of doing easy. (02:10-03:10) I want to talk to you about standards. (04:29-04:48) So what I wanna put to you guys today and what I'm suggesting, I'm giving you guys the opportunity to do well is to master the small things, own the areas of your life that may not seem important but I'm telling you right now, are important. (05:08-05:48) So right now I want you to do 2 things. The first activity that I want you to do is to write down 5 small activities that you've been neglecting in your life over the last few months. So you wanna prioritize more because you want to start to raise your standards and not just in one area but in every area. (06:00-06:25) I want you to write down these 5 things in the wall and do them every day and watch how you feel differently in a w

#45 Success Comes From Priorities
25/09/2017 Duração: 07min(00:13-00:30) I wanna talk about something that maybe with a little bit of a shock for some of you guys. And it's a bit of a reality hit, so if you are up for some motivation, for some drive, and you are open to hearing the truth and listen to this podcast and if you are not then I suggest you leave right now. (00:35-00:50) The only reason that you don't have the goals on a level that you want (00:50-00:57) The outcomes that you're looking for, the success you're looking for, the results you're looking for comes from action (01:05-01:15) Whatever outcome you want it comes from a series of action that need to be taken. And the only thing that stops us from taking that action is fear. (01:16-01:25) Biggest problem I see with most business owners (03:12-03:47) However, right now the truth is, that you care more about what other people that you don't even know think about you. (03:50-04:00) So my goal for this podcast is to put it on you. I want you to start to really think objectively about this, bec

#44 Stop Caring What Others Think
05/09/2017 Duração: 12min(0:11-0:18) I'm excited to talk to you about the biggest cancer that destroys most people's lives, its an early death because they care about what other people think. (1:11-1:31) But I've got 2 main solutions for you guys, this is more of a proactive solutions based podcast episode. But first and foremost I'm gonna be talking about how do you deal with how other people think when they are judging you hardcore, how do we actually get pass that? And how do we proactively create solutions around how you can be confident enough to not care what other people think. (1:35-1:40) So first thing that we gonna be doing is going to, how do we deal with haters? How do we deal with people that are directly judging us? (3:57-4:40) Let's talk about the proactivity, let's talk about forming confidence in a level where we don't care about what other people think proactively. (4:20-4:30) How do we build confidence? First and foremost, there's only one way to do it really, and that's to start to tack

#43 Stop Letting Insecurities Hold You Back
05/09/2017 Duração: 13min(0:10-0:28) I'm gonna be talking about most cancerous and dangerous character traits that unfortunately most of the society has and it ruins their success in business, their relationships, I say health as well but not as much, socially definitely, and that is insecurity. (0:31-0:46) This topic to me was sparked when I went to an 8 day seminar in Scotland with a guy called Dan Pena and he spoke about this idea that society struggles to be able to achieve their goals because they maintain insecurity. (1:05-1:30) Whether you know this or not, most of what you do in a daily basis is driven by the perception of how or by your perception of what other people think of you and their perception of you. Insecurity. And the way that it shows up or the diagnosis of it is people being people pleasers, they wanna do things so that other people like them. (4:18-4:26) So what I want you to do, I want you guys to pick up on where you demonstrate this people pleaser mentality on a daily basis.

#42 My One Death Wish
28/08/2017 Duração: 05min(0:47-0:59) What do I want to happen when I die? I wanna die in the woman of my dreams with zero regrets. (1:30-1:50) I want to get to the end of my life and have zero regrets, nothing. I want to know that Ive played full out in every single area. For me the pain of dying with regret is so much bigger than the pain of the temporary resistance faced in any area that I'm trying to grow. (2:56-3:07) What I want you guys to do is to think about 2 things. I want you to think about what's the most important thing to you in your life, so you don't get to the end of your life with regrets. What have you not done. (4:34-4:49) And for me I just want to let you know that I took what was my most biggest pain, my biggest fear and the thing that paralyze me in my life and turned it to a GIFT. And you have the opportunity to do the same. (4:50-5:22)To summarize: What are the things that you are not doing right now that you wanna be able to say that you can do at end of your life? What have you not do

#41 Leadership 101
28/08/2017 Duração: 04min(0:23-0:38) Todays episode is centered around the idea of leadership and the basics, so leadership 101. I want to explore some of the big things that I've found that are important as a leader of an organization and a leader in general that people that want to follow and look up to and be led by. (0:40-0:50)First and foremost, if I'm gonna be real honest I was a terrible leader starting up. And the reason was, I didn't have my shit together. A leader has their shit together. (1:39-2:05) From the business point of view you need to be fully across the area; fully across marketing, sales, delivery, operation and finance, every area. And if you are not fully across those areas, you don't have your shit together and so obviously people that you're working alongside aren't going to respect you at the level that you want because you don't have your shit together, and they know it, and they don't want to be led by someone that doesn't have their shit together from the business point of you especially. (2:31-2:38) The

#40 How To Get Any Girls Number
28/08/2017 Duração: 06min(0:14-0:25) I used to be a dating coach, I used to run a business called "find that girl" where I help nice guys find the woman of their dreams. (1:08-1:18) So what I essentially do is, it was all about being a great person and being yourself but having the guts and courage to chase what you want in your life (3:55-4:01) The reason that most people don't have what they want in life is they're too scared to actually ask for what they want. (4:35-4:40) It's just about the authenticity, and to chase what you want. So if you follow that guys, trust me it works amazingly well. It's not being someone you're not it's about being yourself, but be willing to chase what you want.

#39 The Perfect Partner
28/08/2017 Duração: 08min(0:44-1:19) I've been in multiple relationships that didn't serve me, which is great awareness cause it brought me to this point of knowing of what I do need. And I've class into a system where I believe there are 3 factors that relate to you finding the partner of your dream; First one is Chemistry, we know what this is that is physical chemistry, Amazing sex. it is Emotional chemistry, you guys are both in touch with your emotion in a similar way. (2:00-2:11)Secondly is the importance of having Compatibility, compatibility at the end of the day is so important for long term stability of a relationship. That is do your values on. (2:46-2:56) The 5 love languages: Physical Touch Words of Affirmation Gifts Acts of Service Quality Time (5:00-5:27)When I say Certainty, what I'm really talking about is mindset or personal power. If you have somebody in a relationship who is depressed, down, anxious, if you got someone who is destructive, someone that's got massive anxiety or all this limiting beliefs. If someone

#38 Fashion In Business
28/08/2017 Duração: 03min(0:08-0:15) I will be discussing an interesting topic with you all today and that is, the how dressing and your fashion leads to business success. (0:37-0:57) Your environment is everything. Like you don't realize it but your environment controls how you feel, think and act successfully. If you can dress to success you're actually setting the environment up of your body to be something that encourages and inspires success. (1:09-1:21) Taking pride in your appearance is so important; it allows you to just get that extra stimulation of confidence every day. How you do one thing, is how you do everything. (1:37 -2:04) So if you can start your day every single day by looking amazing and feeling amazing. That's gonna translate to the way you operate in other areas of your life, it's gonna translate to the way that you operate with your health, translate in the way you operate with you friends as a socializer, as a business leader, as a marketer, as a sales person, as a business owner. So it is absolutely crucial t

#37 Why You Need An Epic Mentor
28/08/2017 Duração: 04min(0:08-0:20) I'm talking about a topic today that is how to find an amazing mentor. (0:39-0:43) If you get a good mentor in your life, that could make your whole business work, that could make you whole health work. (0:51-1:04) Now I've got a strategic advisor Jack Delosa, That I pay to help us on our board to get results. Because all the issues that we have He's already had, He already knows how to deal with it (1:12-1:16) The first aspect is importance of being creative in the way that you reach out. (1:28-1:44) First and foremost, you need to create some kind of an intimate connection. Film a video that's heart to heart talking about all the reasons why you want him/her as a mentor, then you're in the right track. (1:52-1:58) The second one is and this is the practical tip that I was talking about. Give them of the money to a charity of their choice on their behalf that you'd pay for. (2:47-3:08) The second thing that I wanna make sure is that you actually offer to pay them. Not even for their sake, b

#36 Reduce Any Fear You Have
27/08/2017 Duração: 05min(0:17-0:24) A simple hack for you guys, but made all the difference for me when it came to embracing fears. (0:39-0:52) One thing that I learnt recently, as I was watching Will Smith talked about success. Cause Will Smith is massive on fear. The only thing that he's afraid of is actually having things that he's afraid of. (1:04-1:13) Before you choose to tackle a fear, there is a gap between when you make the decision that you gonna do something and when you do it. (1:15-1:23) There are 2 things that I'm suggesting here. 1. That you make the gap between when you decide to do something and when you do it, as little as humanly possible. 2. You need to make sure is that between the moment you make a decision to do something, and when you actually execute that thing, there is ZERO point for a second thinking about the fear before you've had actually do the activity (4:17-4:43) The thing that I want you to do is I want you do to a fear task.
