Vata Dosha is Ether and Air. So…grounding - Earth, Root Chakra Classes is recommended 80% of the time with 20% going to those Vinyasa flows, Ashtanga and hot yoga classes Vata constitutions love. Remember to rest and relax. Never skip Savasana. In a hurry?! Of course you are Vata. Do 3-5 rounds of Sun Salutations or even better, Moon Salutations. Still, do not skip Savasana! 10 minutes for every 60 minutes of Asana practice. Alternate-Nostril Breathing is the recommended Pranayama! Need to prepare for rest? Yoga Nidra is highly recommended.
