Episode 305 features pitmaster, podcaster, and teacher, Andy Groneman and San Francisco Giants superfan, Norm Coleman Andy Groneman is the head cook of the Smoke On Wheels BBQ team and has amassed hundreds of awards.  Beyond competitions, Andy has spent many years teaching barbecue classes and, at the time of our discussion, had taught more than 60,000 students.  He also developed and sells a barbecue sauce, injection, and marinade, under the Smoke On Wheels label.  In addition to all of that Andy has been a fixture on television and media, with his latest as co-host with Todd Johns on the BBQ Radio Network.
