She is a small business owner with a company that provides project management services on capital improvement projects on mostly engineering and construction projects in South Florida.     Ms. Kimle Nailer is a licensed builder and owner of Nail-Rite Construction Company. Ms. Nailer is the outgoing President of the National Association of Black Women in Construction (NABWIC).
