Born in Nassau, Bahamas to two immigrant parents from Haiti, Margaret migrated to the US with her parents and seven siblings. She grew up in Miami, graduated from Miami Jackson Senior High and earned her Bachelor’s degree in Human Sciences at Florida State University and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University.
