Prior to becoming the DCC for the Memphis District Priscilla was the Chief of AE/Construction Branch where she was responsible for over $200M construction program. Priscilla started her Contracting career in 1987 when she enlisted into the Air Force as a contracting specialist.  In 1992 she enlisted in the 164th Airlift Wing, serving as the Base Contracting Officer until Aug 2004. In Aug 2004 Priscilla accepted a job with the USACE Memphis District as a contracting specialist, working her way up as the District Chief of Contracting. She continued her military career as a reservist and retired in Jan 2015 at the rank of Senior Master Sergeant.
