Today we are in part 3 of a series called We Need to Talk where we're taking a look at the letter of 1 John from the New Testament. Written to believers in the province of Asia, John used this letter as a means to denounce the rise of false teachings like gnosticism and to encourage those claiming to follow Christ to live out a real, authentic faith. 1 John 2:7-8
