It's important to have friends you can rely on to be a listening ear and offer support. Of course, friends can also provide helpful advice and suggestions on dealing with the concern. But it's often helpful to talk over your problems with someone who is impartial and can offer a fresh perspective without holding nothing or being scared to tell you the whole truth.
