Welcome to Episode 116! Kate Middleton is the CEO Censeo Engineers & Building Consultants; as well as the founder of online career development company, Career Oracle. Having re-privatised Censeo Engineering from an ASX listed conglomerate last year, she is the youngest and only female CEO of an engineering / loss adjusting company in Australia. Throughout her corporate career within Investment and Insurance, and now Engineering, Kate has established a track record of turning traditional bricks and mortar businesses into high-volume, technology-driven profit machines. In October 2016 Kate won Emerging Entrepreneur of the Year at the Women’s Agenda Leadership Awards in Sydney, and also recently completed a short course in Strategic Leadership at Harvard University in Boston.
