One of my top sales secrets that shocks people to this day is: stories make the sales. People only spend money for products, people and services they feel emotionally connected to in some way. This is why people will be loyal to one brand over another who sells almost the identical thing. This is why people will hire one human over another who both have similar qualifications, talents, and recommendations.
