Are you operating like a Manager or a Leader? Not sure if you know this part of my entrepreneurial journey, 4.5 years into running my business full-time, I still couldn’t grow it past 350-400K/year. Yes I’m aware that is still a great amount of revenue, but the business wasn’t growing and I felt stuck. I worked harder, longer, frantically Goggled all the things, and my business still wouldn’t grow. I was so tried, fried, and sick of it that I finally hired a business coach to help me figure out what I was doing wrong. Yes it took me that long to ask for help!!!
