We often have a tendency to try and force things to happen in our lives to better ensure that we get what we believe we deserve. A lot of times, this happens at the expense of others around us as we push ourselves to the forefront. But what if we chose a different route and simply trusted God for the outcome of our lives? Through the story of Jacob, we’ll see the tension that arises between living our way versus living God’s way and find out what can truly happen when we let God have full control.
