In a culture that values instant gratification more and more each day it can often be difficult to wait on the Lord and His timing. Sometimes it seems like it’s taking forever for God’s promises to us to become fully realized, causing many of us to wonder if His promises will ever materialize at all. But the story of Abraham from the book of Genesis reminds us that God ALWAYS keep His promises and that we can find purpose in the process.
