Dr Benjamin Rhode, Research Fellow for Transatlantic Affairs and Editor of IISS Strategic Comments, joins Dr Kori Schake for this episode of Sounds Strategic.Transatlantic relations have long been considered a relatively stable area of international diplomacy.
