Cover Crops have taken off over the last 5, 10, 15 years but there are still many questions about the economic benefits of the crop. A new study co-published by the USDA and SARE tries to dissect and analyze just that and today Dr. Rob Myers, a regional Regional Director of Extension Programs at NCR-SARE and the University of Missouri shares some of the results from that study.
