No, it's not a quote from LeBron James. Paul's first chapter in his letter to the Colossians contains some pointed directions about living the Christian life. Paul had set an example and in verses 24-29 he was urging the Colossian Christians to examine themselves to see if they were truly ministering as they had been called. May we do the same in our own lives as we listen today.
