Do you trust God?  I don't mean simply believing in God, but do you really trust Him?  This week, we continue our study of Hebrews 11 by diving further into Abraham's faith journey. Abraham was put to the ultimate test when God asked him to sacrifice his only son, Isaac. This was the son God had promised over 25 years earlier, and the one through whom God promised to bless all nations of the earth.  To say Abraham was baffled by this request to sacrifice Isaac would be an understatement, but he believed God nonetheless.  In fact the Hebrew writer says in chapter 11 verse 19, "He [Abraham] considered that God was able even to raise him from the dead, from which, figuratively speaking, he did receive him back. "  Once again, I will ask, "Do you trust God?"  Do you trust him enough to sacrifice your Isaac (whatever he represents in your life)?  Abraham had to first sacrifice himself, his will, his plans and his future before he could sacrifice Isaac.  God desires complete
