What are the qualities we look for in a pastor? A dynamic communicator. Great people skills. Full of integrity. Experienced. A visionary. Strong personal relationship with God. As you can see, this list can be quite extensive and will likely differ from person to person. As we continue our study in the book of Colossians (chapter 2 verses 1-7), we see the pastoral qualities of the Apostle Paul especially in his love for a people and church he never personally visited!
