As we continue our study in the book of Colossians, we come to four verses that serve as a "bridge text" (Colossians 3:1-4). What does that mean? The Apostle Paul has spent the previous two chapters (Colossians 1-2) giving us the doctrine or the "what we believe." Now, Paul transitions to how to live "what we believe" in the final two chapters of this small letter (Colossians 3:5-4:18). In Colossians 3:2, Paul writes, "Set your minds on things above." This raises a great question. "On what do you set your mind?" "Setting your mind" to a Greek individual meant "relentless in pursuit." In what are you relentless in your pursuit?
