Ultra-successful people have something in common. They all have some kind of morning ritual that is reproducible and that they practice every day. This puts them in their desired mindset and sets up the day. It can be something very simple. For me it’s brewing my own coffee and some gratitude. Many use things like meditation or yoga or some form of exercise. Some may get up and listen to their favourite podcast. Some may check their email even though you lose a little control of the content on that one. So how do you know what’s best for you?
