Essential oils can totally transform your sleep. Oils are very powerful and even though there are properties to each oil and a particular oil can have different effects on the same person. Lavender is the most well-known oil for sleep. It can be used topically on your feet and spine, on your linens or in a diffuser. There are a number of other oils that are known to have positive effects on Sleep so some experimentation is required. My person Sleep blend is lavender, cedar wood, balsam fir, and bergamot.
