Here is a simple strategy to NOT gain weight over the holidays or any special occasions. This is a follow up to the “Here’s what really makes you fat rant.” I got a lot of questions about this. I use this strategy and recommend to clients which I adapted from intermittent fasting ideas. Once again we are mislead on how complicated not gaining weight is. Now this is not necessarily a perfect or long term strategy... or maybe it is if it suits your lifestyle. I try fast in 16 hour periods and eat in 6-8 hour periods. One very large meal and one or two small snacks. Protein each time if possible. Take a listen for all the details. As always please send me any questions! Cheers
