Meditation for mindset may be what you have been looking for. Studies show meditation has all kinds of health benefits and even growing parts of your brain and shrinking pets related to stress. You may actually be able to rewire and reprogram your thinking. I have tried a few unsuccessful attempts at meditation but have heard enough ultra successful people say it changes their life.
