Episode 72 of One Minute Health Hacks shares the Keto or Ketogenic Diet. This diet is hugely popular right now and there is some good research revealing health benefits. As always I like to remind everyone that there is no single best diet. The best one for you is the one that you will follow. So pick one based on the kind of food you like or the eating schedule or any other feature that will increase your chances of following it. In Keto you want to keep carbs as low as possible and 30 grams maximum per day. Healthy fats should be 70-80% of your calories. Make sure you have protein in every meal.
