Sex Trafficking of Children. Our guests are IU McKinney School of Law Professor Cynthia Baker, student Carlos Gonzalez, student Chelsea Shelburne. On September 19, 2014 the law school's Program on Law and State Government (PLSG) will host "In Our Backyard: State Governments Respond to Sex Trafficking of Children." PLSG is run by our Professor Cynthia Baker, Gonzalez (a former police officer) and Shelburne are the student fellows and drivers behind the program.
