Miami defeated them by a final of 4-0.The story of this one was the offense for the Mets. They left 10 men on base and went 0-for-8 with runners in scoring position, unable to cash in on opportunities in both the 5th and 8th innings to get on the board. Sean Manaea started the final game of the season and gave the Mets just five outs before Carlos Mendoza decided to circle the wagons and turn to the pen.
