A State of Flux means a situation that is in a condition of continuous change, instability and uncertainty. It describes a period where things are not settled and the outcome is not yet clear... If that doesn't describe the current state of society I'm not sure what is. John and I sat down and discussed the State of Flux we exist in because without discussion we can't find a way forward.
