Sounds Like Liberty

In today's episode Nicky P and Eric discuss Fight Or Flight, episode One of season Three of the expanse with guest Lizzie of the Peace Freqs Podcast.   The episode opens with the crew of the Roci cleaning the remains of protomolecule off the ship. The space age technology they use, I wish I had, but it isn't perfect and the camera leaves a hint of an open thread left to gestate.   With the ship cleaned repairs are undertaken and a new name, the Pinus Contorta, is assumed to wait out the escalation of tensions between Earth and Mars as inconspicuously as possible.    Tensions however give way to war as Errinwright uses the pretense of Mars blaming Earth for the assassination of defense minister Korshunov. You might remember him as the guy Errinwright poisoned. Some people just love treachery.   Did you forget about Venus? Neither did anyone on the show. It's just hovering in the background as an unknown. Nobody could possibly use that to pump up fear and help push the war dru
