In fact he had just finished teaching a class before we started recording.After serving 29 years in the US Navy he is still giving back to the Special Operations community.He spoke so knowledgeably about the use of Ketones to support and enhance Warfighter performance,, Preventing seizures and Helping brain performance.We went on to speak about Transition from Military to Civilian life and why are so many Special Forces guys so good at getting qualified as Professors, Doctors, and Masters Degrees in their later lives.He speaks about the bridge between military and academia.Such a fun and charismatic guy he was a joy to speak to, but
