Several weeks ago in the news there was a story about a pet dying during an United Airlines flight, killing supermodel Maggie Rizer's pet. Surely this is an isolated incident, I thought. It's not.  Michael Jarboe had his heart broken when United  Airlines, through alleged possible neglect, killed his 2 year old dog, Bam Bam. His furry friend and companion gone.
