His new cook book features recipes from Adrian King, Russell Todd, Barbara Magnolfi, Desiree Gold and many more. Joe a regular in B horror movies makes appearances both in front of an behind the camera. Whether as a vampire, werewolf or zombie - Joe has played them all. In addition, Joe has made national appearances as Spider-Man, Captain America  and the Incredible Hulk for Marvel Entertainment. He is an avid bodybuilder who is often cast as the "brawny" villian.
