NABWIC Talks Radio - Guest Hugh Patrick Brown   Mr. Hugh Patrick Brown has been a Manager for the Construction Management Section of Miami Dade County Internal Services Department for the last five years and has over twenty-three years of Management experience with Miami Dade County having been assigned to the Housing Department for more than eighteen years with the Miami Dade Housing Agency. He is well qualified and experienced with a Master’s of Science in Construction Management from the Florida International University and as an Associate of the Royal Chartered Institute of Builders, U.K. and several Environmental certifications from the University of Florida and Georgia Institute of Technology. This solid background and training allows him to compliment the management team of the Design and Construction Services Division, with more than 23 years of Construction Management Experience in Miami Dade County and a professional career which began in Jamaica, W.I. This experience began in the Private Sector
