Linda Porter is currently the Florida Diversity Manager for Skanska USA Building Inc. She received a B.S. degree in Interior Design from The Florida State University and has over 23 years of experience in the industry (10 of those have been with Skanska).  She brings field knowledge along with an energetic personality. Currently serving on the Hillsborough County (CAC) Community Advisory Committee and recently selected by the Tampa Chamber for the Leadership Tampa Class of 2014, Linda is a champion for her community.    Linda is responsible for implementation, promotion, management, coordination and evaluation of marketing and DBE outreach efforts in the Florida Region.  She also maintains a database of approved DBE companies for project utilization. A strong advocate for minority and small businesses, Linda embraces Skanska’s Core Value of ‘advancing a culture of inclusion in the Construction industry’.
