Shantay is an expert in personnel management and organizational development.  She has extensive experience in human resources and strategic organizational improvement, along with a highly successful track record through her career creating and implementing learning and development solutions. As Principal Consultant, Dr. Bolton is responsible for partnering with client’s to implement change initiatives; provide subject matter expertise and thought leadership in consultation with strategic business partners; and coaching project leaders internally and externally on HR and organization development tools, techniques and approaches. The scope of responsibilities include personnel management, training & development, project management and technology implementation. Shantay has facilitated leadership development, talent management trainings and supported Six Sigma projects through organizational development strategies as an internal consultant for BASF (formerly Engelhard), O’Neal Steel, MailSouth and Teledyne.
