Property and casualty insurance,  They also provide insurance consulting including the administration of Owner Controlled Insurance Programs for primarily new construction projects with a value in excess of $100 million.  P.A. Wallace & Associates also provides bonding for small, minority, and women owned businesses and has developed and administered numerous Bonding Assistance Programs for various governmental and private sector clients. Her Company  has been a consultant at GOAA for more than 14 years.  She is currently a sub-consultant for GOAA’s  insurance program.  The Company also has provided MWBE/DBE/LDB services at GOAA for many years, and is currently on the Hensel Phelps team to provide MWBE Program services including outreach and contract compliance for the upcoming South Airport Automated People Mover Comple
