He brings a wealth of expertise with strengths in areas as business and commercial credit (conventional, SBA, private equity (PE), mergers and acquisitions (M&A)), initial public offerings (IPO), financial reporting systems, investment banking, profit and loss reporting (P&L), and both financial strategy and long term budgetary oversight.
