Kimle Nailer is the owner of several companies, including Nail-Rite Construction which she began in 1995. In her role as President of Nail Rite Construction, Kimle is responsible for securing construction contracts, managing projects to within budget and ensuring superior satisfaction for owners. Kimle is also passionate about and very active in the development of apprenticeship opportunities in the dry walling trade. She currently serves as the President of the National Association of Black Women in Construction, and is committed to empowering women and girls in wealth creation by leveraging the construction industry.
