Kimle Nailer returns to NABWIC Talks for another special interview.   This time the dynamic speaker and author talks with NABWIC concerning her passion, politics and the power and influence of women. Kimle Nailer is a heart-centered entrepreneur committed to empowering women and girls to boost their self-esteem to reveal their inner essence of beauty and power. She is the owner of several companies, including Nail-Rite Construction which she began in 1995. In her role as President of Nail Rite Construction, Kimle is responsible for securing construction contracts, managing projects to within budget and ensuring superior satisfaction for owners. Kimle is also passionate about and very active in the development of apprenticeship opportunities in the drywalling trade. She currently serves as the President of the National Association of Black Women in Construction and is committed to empowering women and girls in wealth creation by leveraging the construction industry. She encourages women to seek careers in
